[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] consistent include paths in the libao2/ directory

Hi!

This hunk changes all includes in the libao2 directory to use
e.g. "config.h" instead of "../config.h", similar to the patch that
was recently applied to the libvo directory.

Since a similar patch has already been applied I'll commit this
soonish if nobody protests.

BTW, why do ao_polyp.c and ao_esd.c #include "config" twice?
