I splitted them for a reason!

While sub_select changes the actual used input file, vobsub_lang changes
the vobsub. And if you mix them together, do it so that both the
available vobsubs _and_ external subtitle files can be switched with the
same command and not as it was in the old times: if you had vobsub
available, you wouldn't be able to change external sub files.
