[MPlayer-dev-eng] could be [mplayer-*] removed from the subject lines?

if this has been discussed before, then sorry ;)

could the [mplayer-*] prefix removed from the subject lines?
it takes up valuable screenspace, and i am using a vertical screen
layout, so it really matter for me (so i am not just criticising it for
the matter).

the List-Id header is there, anyone can filter based on that....

so, could it be removed?

well, worst case i can massage the incoming mails subjects a little with
procmail, but
i really would like not to do that ;)
