[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] changing playback speed (live Fast Forward/Slow Motion)

Here is the updated patch.
I updated the slave.txt and usage.xml file to include the 3 new commands
speed_mult, speed_incr and speed_set and mad a minor change in mplayer.c.

Hope this time I don't get flamed to hell...I really read patches.txt ;)
(Yes it is my first patch...)
