[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] changing playback speed (live Fast Forward/Slow Motion)

I think I like the idea (Haven't looked into the code, but the idea of
letting me play video faster applies to me).
I'd like as well an option to do this. E.g. when I have a movie that I
know is too fast/slow. With option I could put it in *.avi.conf and play
it correctly.
Some nitpicking in documentation:
