[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] switching vsync on or off at runtime

This patch add a slave command to switch the vsync flag at runtime.
Maybe it would be usefull to add an optional parameter to this
command to force vsync on or off ?
Will write documentation if this patch is ok.

This is the last one for now.
Few other GeeXboX patches may be interessting to apply but need
some improvements to be accepted.
