[MPlayer-dev-eng] Libfaa2 - Bug

Hi,

can you please first test this with an external libfaad? Get the faad2
sources from http://www.audiocoding.com/modules/mydownloads/ and compile
them. Then re-configure mplayer with '--enable-external-faad' and
'--disable-internal-faad'.
