[MPlayer-dev-eng] [RFC] tivo url documentation

Hello,

I'm at a loss.  I'm writing DOCS for vstream stuff that I'm trying to
get committed.  Where do I document a new URL syntax?  (tivo:// for 
tivo streaming.)  I've searched through the DOCS and found nothing
promising.  Is there a good place for this?
