[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] automatically insert vf_expand for displaying OSD

Hi,
this patch automatically inserts vf_expand for displaying the OSD when 
the vo doesn't support it, enabling OSD for vo_gl.c. Might also allow to 
remove duplicate code from vo_gl2.c, vo_x11.c etc.
I'm sure it still contains bugs as I don't really know that code part... 
but as I'll be on holiday from tomorrow on I'll send that now (which 
reminds me: feel fre to apply any of my pending patches ;-) ).
Please try, comment, improve etc.
