[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] first attempt at making 24bit PCM DVDs work

Hi,
the following patch makes 24bit PCM DVDs work partially. It seems that 
only the first channel works (try -channels 1). It also removes a 
"manual" endianness conversion-hack.
Could somebody test this patch a bit?
