[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] x86-64 compile fixes and libdha support

Just added some #if statements to allow x86-64 platforms 
to be handled correctly.  It compiles fully in 64-bit mode 
now. Also it adds support for x86-64 into libdha. This 
allows vidix to work and not give ENODEV errors when 
trying to scan the PCI bus.
