was just a suggestion but your point is well taken.
could not test earlier myself because CVS did not
compile.

issue was a change to file libmpdemux/url.c
which escapes % character now.

I have a patch which does not do this if part of a
previous escape sequence

this allows both types of url's

mplayer -v -v -v "http://10.0.0.2/bluesbros-briefcase
full of blues102_NEW.ogg"
and
mplayer -v -v -v
http://10.0.0.2/bluesbros-briefcase%20full%20of%20blues102_NEW.ogg

to work with my testing on local webserver and my
music file.

please consider this patch.
