[MPlayer-dev-eng] mms port 1755 first?

can this be switched in mplayer to try port 1755 (mmst) first?
port 80 takes a while to timeout on almost every mms stream
that i play... how about just an option -mmstfirst ?

can we get a count on the number of mms vs mmst streams
people come across? check the last 100 streams you played
or the last couple websites with mms streams? (amazon clips
use mmst) etc.
