Why don't you use the old patch I found on this ML that keep static
variable
See atach for this patch against cvs that i modify a bit for keeping all
the variable static...

PS : do you know why in mp3lib, in dct64_MMX.c for example, for
"leal 128+%3,%%edx\n\t" (l16)
gcc produce
leal 128+(%esp),%edx
         ^^
