okay at least I made an effort which could be changed to match the rules .

I changed them all to MSGL_V or verbose if the mp_msg output was not required
or serious fatal issue.

seemd to be consistent and resonable to me.

afterwards had to somehow get the verbosity setting of mplayer at the beginning
so that if user uses -v the message would appear as desired.

I tried this printf removal in another file was that rejected
as well?
