A quick google resulted in http://www.ogghelp.com/ogg/glossary.cfm
The Matroska demuxer(s) never did anything to mess with channel
ordering, so the problem is somewhere else (and I have no clue about
mplayer's audio subsystem, so I'll just shut up now).
