[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] fix issue with -playlist option

I have made a patch which will fix some issues with 
the -playlist option

issue was reported today to the users mailing list

problem was a URL will be streamed as if it were ASF
media and not a playlist even if -playlist option is
used

test url is
mplayer -playlist 
http://www.streamaudio.com/stations/asx/kcmo_fm.asx

please consider patch
