[MPlayer-dev-eng] libao2 API changes

Hi,

Just changed the uninit call: added a new argument, which means if the
buffers should be player or immediately cleaned.

Right now the old behaviour is used in mplayer.c, just throw away the
packets. Later I will add a commandline option to control this.

I have changed ao_oss and ao_sun to support both methods, please fix
alsa, sdl, win32 and macos drivers aswell.
