[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH][RESENT] check backup IFO files in libmpdvdkit2

i just sent the patch to the dvd-devel list.  the patch file is slightly 
different because mpdvdkit is based on an older version of the code, 
along with some "mplayer specific" changes.
