[MPlayer-dev-eng] Uncompressed Quicktime doesn't work

I'm trying to play uncompressed Quicktimes, 4:2:0 or 4:2:2 but they don't
work. I'm using MPlayer 1.0pre3-2.95.4 on x86.
I think the Quicktime files are OK, because I've tried creating them with
several programs (streamer and Bcast2000), and the files work between those
programs fine, just not with Mplayer.
This is what I get with 4:2:0 Quicktime:
