[MPlayer-dev-eng] mpeg -> avi framecopy creates broken index?

hoi,

get a random .mpeg file (mine is a truncated mpeg-pes one - dunno
whether that matters) and framecopy it into an avi file with mencoder.
apart from funny artifacts due to a different key framing system (i
guess), you'd expect seeking to work in the new file, right? wrong!
mplayer immediately exits on the first seek (progress message:
A:   0.0 V:4097.6 A-V:-4097.564 ct: -0.103  122805/122805   0%  0%  0.0% 0 0 0%).
now you might think, another framecopy of that .avi into a second .avi
won't change anything, right? WRONG! again! this time it works ...
strange, huh? that effect is not exactly new, btw.
