[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] User settable colorkeys

Hi,

Generalized the colorkey code in the vo's (maybe i could separately move
it into a common func). The new default colorkey is 'green', and you can
change it via -colorkey 0x0000ff to blue (viva la xv...), etc..

Comments welcomed!

Please test the xmga stuff, because I couldn't tested it (no mga in the
machine currently) and bigendian testers awaited (no os on my ppc
currently)!
