[MPlayer-dev-eng] [DOCS] Seems like a bug in cd session.

Hello!
During the process of update & review & finish of Russian translation, I
found this place in cd-dvd.xml (english version):

This means to change cd-rom spin spped to 4x.

The problem is, that IIUC (from Linux sources), first command will try
to cahnge xfer_mode, but not the spin speed, Moreover, seems that value
of 4 is totally incorrect!
 So if nobody objects, I'll remove this command from xml&HTML docs
at monday.
