[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] FLAC support

Hello here comes patch, that adds support for FLAC decoding.
Currently no support for:
*) replay gain tags (they are simply ignored).
*) decoding of non-8,16 bps files.
*) FLAC-in-Ogg (need help. I can provide samples if it's needed).

No external lib dependency currently.
Is it OK to commit?
