please commit these, i'm away from my home machine for a while now

gcc-sux.diff fixes gcc 3.x crash when compiling demux_ts.c with -g -O4 (or -O3)

faad-detect.diff is cleanup of faad detection and adds gcc test to avoid
compilation of faad with broken gcc
