I suggest the following change to the man page patch:

+.TP
+.B \-ontop 
+Makes the player window stay on top of other windows.
+Supported by all X11 vo drivers, except sdl.

Atmos, could you please have a look at vo_sdl?

Somebody please check and apply this patch.  It's working fine for me.

I'm attaching the latest version with my update included.
