It needs a few changes (it conflicts with some other patch that was
commited after author posted this one), but overall works great.
Unless you try to slowdown more (ie less ;) than 0.1x: after that, it
breaks speed till the end of file. This should be fixed, or a hack added
to disable speeds less than 0.1.
