Could you please run this again, this time adding the "-V" (verbose) 
option, and let us know what you see.

Also, please try opening the same "rtsp://" URL with the "openRTSP" 
application (which is present in the "live/testProgs" directory).  (Again, 
include the "-V" option.)  If you get the same problem with "openRTSP", 
then the problem is with the LIVE.COM code (as ported to your ARM system) - 
not with MPlayer.  (In that case, please report the problem on the 
"live-devel" mailing list:
