[MPlayer-dev-eng] Mplayer Faad Performance -ARM Zaurus

Try adding "-DFIXED_POINT" to CPPFLAGS. It should enable the fixed 
point support in faad2. LC AAC isn't all that demanding; Apple's AAC 
decoder is faster than their MP3 decoder. I haven't benchmarked FAAD2, 
though.
