My vo_gl2 port to win32 added w32_common.[ch] to replace the
X11-specific code in x11_common.[ch] (which was shared between vo_gl and
vo_gl2, I believe). Breaking the common OpenGL into gl_common.[ch] makes
sense to me. Essentially, the {w32,x11}_common.[ch] code has to take
care of a) getting a rendering context and b) interacting with the
native windowing system.
