[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] -saveidx redux

Hi,

I incorporated Diego's suggestions to drop the requirement for -idxfile
when using -saveidx, and just make -saveidx take a filename argument.

So now it's:

	mplayer movie.avi -saveidx movie.avi.idx
	mplayer movie.avi -idxfile movie.avi.idx

Here's the updated patch.
