this file is a strange one, the generated index have only a few keyframes, but
the seeking mechanics required an audio keyframe should be pass to the codec
to avoid failure, so after seek there is usually a less-than-0.5-sec out of
sync, however this one goes to even 2 secs. I just guess that has something
to do with the keyframe, still need some time to test the file.

This one I think is a damaged file. Even using realplay I cannot seek. -idx
will disable the seeking if it cannot find a valid index. -forceidx seems
sometimes failed to work with those damaged files then give you a crash. That
why I recommend using -idx instead of -forceidx. :)
