[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH]: vo_gl2 bug fixes

Greetings all.  I am running Irix and trying to get mplayer 1.0 working properly.  I have conversed with multiple people outside this forum, and apparently vo_gl2 has been broken in IRIX for quite a while.  While gl2 will compile, -vo gl2 will complain about not enough texture memory (even on systems with texture memory).
 On separate notes, I am experiencing color inversion problems with -vo x11.  I believe this is a RGB to BGR problem, but I have not examined the code close enough.  -vo sdl displays color correctly.  I am also working on fixing/improving the ao_sgi code (my main focus).  ao_esd seems to play audio without trouble, but ao_sgi produces "your system is too slow" messages.  I would IMAGINE the sgi drivers would be faster.
 Anyhow, if I can help with vo_gl2 in IRIX (testing code and what not) let me know.
