[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Dont backup installed codecs.conf on 'make install'

As mplayer now does not install codecs.conf by default now there is no reason to backup installed  
codecs.conf ( installed by hand or old installation ) . Attached patch fixes this behaviour.
