'Cause I'm a putz and I've been staring at /usr/include/w32api/ on my
cygwin box for days now.  By the way, I made a small mistake in my last
patch.  I left ontop and noontop options from the other fellow's patch
inside if X11 in cfg-mplayer.h, which should not be now that I've done
directx ontop stuff.  I'll wait until my last posted patch is tested
and commented on before I send a final one with this correction.
