directx used to have an ontop suboption, I think you should remove it in
favor of -ontop.

Please start sentences on a new line, groff needs that.

I'd suggest the following wording:

toggle stay-on-top.
Supported by all video out drivers which use X11, except SDL, as well
as directx and gl2 under Windows.

I dislike usin Win32 in the user docs, it should be Windows IMHO.

Same here.  I'd also say you don't need to mention the T key.

Is it so hard to add this to SDL as well?  Atmos, what do you say?
