Unfortunately, last time it doesn't work with some locales. Fix for that
is simple: add before sscanf()

#ifdef USE_SETLOCALE
    setlocale(LC_NUMERIC, "C");
#endif

and after sscanf()

#ifdef USE_SETLOCALE
    setlocale(LC_NUMERIC, "");
#endif
