My only concern is that "rtsp://" URLs that really *aren't* 
RealAudio/RealVideo don't get misinterpreted as such by mistake.

But it's probably safe to check for the following:
         rtsp://<something>.rm
         rtsp://<something>.ra
         rtsp://<something>.rm?<something>
         rtsp://<something>.ra?<something>
