Oops, talk about dropping patches...

OK, I applied the options to the man page in my local tree and will
commit it soon.  Two questions:

1) I assume this applies to 0_90 also, right?

2) You say that the color key options take hex values:

 > +    <CODE>ck-rmin=x</CODE> sets the lower bound red of the overlay color-key.
 > +    Valid range is 0x00 - 0xFF [default is 0x40]<br>

But the man page says they accept decimal values.  If decimal or both
are possible I would go with decimal.
