[MPlayer-dev-eng] [patch] mencoder pcm output fix

I think this is the cause of the "dropped audio frames" during tv capturing into pcm - sample size is set based on the input audio stream (mono) instead of the output of vf_channels (stereo).

Any objections against this patch?
