Since you have written it and will know this so much faster than me
checking all the code: What parts are still incomplete/missing or not
in sync with the HTML docs?

>From now on all commits to DOCS should go to xml/ alone or to both
versions so we can finish the transition quickly.  Once we have done
this we should probably move the contents of DOCS/xml/ over to DOCS/
and switch over completely.
