[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Fixes alsa5 audio output

The alsa5 driver is not working on my machine:

> alsa-init: requested format: 44100 Hz, 2 channels, Signed 16-bit (Little-Endian)
> alsa-init: 1 soundcard(s) found, using: EMU10K1
> alsa-init: error setting parameters: Invalid argument
> Could not open/initialize audio device -> no sound.
> Audio: no sound

My configuration

- Sound Card: SoundBlaster Live! (EMU10K1)
- Alsa Kernel Driver 0.5.12a
- Alsa Libs 0.5.10b
- Linux 2.4.19

The included patch fixes the problem for me
