[MPlayer-dev-eng] Detection of LIBSMBCLIENT in configure script

Hi, there 
time ago i've sent you a patch which enables mplayer to read from windows shared thought lisbmclient library 
from samba package. Now I attach patch for detectection presence of libsmbclient in the system (diff are in 
configure mainly and a line from Makefile).
