[MPlayer-dev-eng] Patch to position fullscreen window -- updated

Hi!

I have a question - perhaps stupid - but why not use the paramaters passed
thorough -geometry for fullscreen too ? To be able to switch between 
fullscreen and not fullscreen, and have different positions?
