[MPlayer-dev-eng] More on DGA and resource leak

I still can't get CVS to work at all, but with rc4 I now see the result
that when the problem occurs, and I kill the non-working mplayer, it
exits with the message:

vo: x11 uninit called but X11 not inited..

Indicates that it's having trouble re-allocating some resource in the
X11 initialization :(
