[MPlayer-dev-eng] mp3lib fixed or messed?

Hi,

I'll soon commit layer3.c (and some other files) in mp3lib.
I've merged with mpg123 0.59s-pre's file by hand, line-by-line,
including fixes, cleanup/simplification and csmetics :)

I hope it still works on all platforms, i couldn't really test it,
except on my x86/celeron2 notebook.
(i'm at holiday for a week, so i'm alone with notebook+gsm phone:))
I also couldn't tets if it fixes the crashes reported by many
users. I have an old mirror of mphq ftp here, but all the sample
files in the mp3lib-sig11 dir worked even before i touch the
mp3lib code, so probably they were fixed already earlier.
