[MPlayer-dev-eng] [BUG] Codec did not set sh->disp_w and sh->disp_h, status bar

I'm currently.. archiving an Eric Clapton DVD, and tried to listen to the
part which is already complete. Then I noticed the strange status bar.
BTW why is the resolution set to 0x0 in test.avi while the encoding takes
progress? It seems to confuse current MPlayer.
