Hi,

btw, was it a good idea to remove timer-macosx.c? (ok, it's unused, but
as reference code for other macosx API?)

Meanwhile timer-lx.c could be renamed to timer-posix.c (or timer.c?) and
the rtc stuff could be moved from mplayer.c to timer-linux.c (or
timer-rtc?) (ok, I don't know the rtc codebase...)
