Yes, although that's gradually being fixed. quicktime bins are only
needed for qdm audio now, afaik. Yes, there are still some uses for
the qt/real binary loaders, but it seems that just about every useful
win32 dll codec has a native replacement at this point, so the win32
loader can probably be disabled by most users.
