Does this apply to main or 0_90?

Please also put a note like "sync'ed with help_mp-en.h XXX" in the
header of the translated file so that I can see at a glance if it is
outdated.  This is very important once a release is near (like now) so
we know if we can include the file in the release or not.  Please add
that note and resend the file to me, thanks.  You might also wish to
update to the latest revision of help_mp-en.h while you're at it.
